Today is change day in bed 260/6. The last spinach (sown in March) is harvested, and the rows are fed with a bucket of nutrient-rich soil / compost from the chicken farm. Here, maize is planted, which is sown in early May. The beets have been standing between the spinach rows since April, but the spinach has been carefully picked so that the leaves have not shaded too much for the beets. They now have so much leaf mass that they can easily cope between the tall corn. And when all the glory is harvested sometime in the fall, garlic should be put in the bed
