We will do our best to make it as easy and simple as possible to shop in our shop. You are always welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if there is anything you are having doubts about - we are happy to help. We strive to respond to emails quickly - please include your ordrenumber in the email! You are of course also always welcome to call: +45 23 93 45 16. Phone hours are all weekdays from 9.00-12.00.
We send the packages within 1-5 working days with day-to-day pick-up and delivery by PostNord. Otherwise you will be contacted. Orders are most likely delivered by PostNord. If you have specific wishes regarding delivery place, please write it to us in “order notes” before you go for payment.
If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop / parcel box where there is no space, your delivery will be redirected to a nearby parcel shop / parcel box.
Track your package
Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email from the shipping company, in which you will find a track & trace number. You then have the opportunity to follow your package via track & trace from the time the package is sent until it is delivered.
If your delivery is delayed or you have questions about the delivery itself, please contact PostNord directly.
Once you have received the package(s), you should check the goods. If the packaging and contents of the package are damaged, take pictures of the damaged parts as well as the condition of the package. Then you must contact us and as a service we will contact PostNord for you and make a complaint. When the case is completed, we will work with you to find the right solution. The damaged parts will most often be replaced and sent to you as soon as possible.
We can not be held responsible for how PostNord handles the sent parcels, but will at all times help with a possible issue.
GrowCamp's products are delivered free of charge in Denmark for orders over DKK 4,000, - incl. VAT. To obtain free delivery, you must check the box "Free shipping" before you go for payment.
You are also welcome to pick up yourself at our warehouse. The address is: Mølleskovvej 4, Ilskov, 7451 Sunds. Collection must take place by appointment. You should expect us to spend 2 days getting your shipment ready, but you are welcome to contact us if there is anything urgent.
For orders under DKK 4,000, freight is charged in relation to the order's total weight.
All orders placed on the website are automatically confirmed via e‐mail, and you will receive a notification by e-mail within 24 hours on weekdays.
Orders can be paid by debit or credit card. GrowCamp ApS uses payment gateway from QuickPay. The communication with this payment solution has been tested by TELLER. All card data is sent encrypted. If we are unable to deliver the entire order, or if you wish to reduce the order, we may similarly reduce your payment to the new order total. However, we can not increase the amount if you want to add more items. The amount will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped.
We reserve the right to make printing errors, price changes, discontinued products, design changes, marketing and sold-out items.
You have 30 days from the day you receive the order to return any items. Please contact us at our email (email@example.com), where you state your order number, your name, your account information, which item it is and the reason for the return. Once we have answered your email and approved the return, you must send the goods in the original packaging, unopened and in an unused condition back to us (at your own expense) to our address: GrowCamp, Mølleskovvej 4, 7451 Sunds. Once we have received and checked the condition of the goods, we will return the money to you.
Complaints and warranty
There is a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products. However, conditions for wear and tear on the products are taken into account and the cases must be assessed individually. GrowCamp ApS exchanges or repairs defective goods as far as possible, but we reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the purchase price of the goods. The cost of return shipments of this type is held by agreement of GrowCamp ApS.
Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, Address, Tel. no., and e-mail address.
If the customer is a company or public institution, in addition to the above, we need a CVR number. and EAN no.
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
We pass on your name, address, telephone number and email address to the shipping company, so that the item can be delivered to you or to the collection point you have chosen.
In some cases, we pass on your information to our supplier if needed, they send an item directly to you. This may be in the event of a complaint. There are also some items that are shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse.
We pass on your email address to Trustpilot for the purpose of collecting customer reviews of our webshop.
The personal information is registered with AK Smede & Staldteknik ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data.
Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data manager at www.growcamp.dk is the marketing manager.
You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Right of appeal
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at email@example.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 for complaints about clothes and shoes, but the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
