The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from GrowCamp.
These conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and GrowCamp.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner including VAT. The shipping prices are likewise stated in Danish kroner including VAT.
On GrowCamp's webshop, customers have the option to pay with credit cards or choose prepayment via bank transfer.
When paying via bank transfer, the customer is not covered by the chargeback scheme. Payment with credit cards is made through the webshop via a secure payment solution, OnPay.
We accept the following credit cards: Dankort, E-dankort, Visa, Mastercard. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped. If a purchase is made on a company Mastercard, a fee of 2.55% will be charged by our providers. This card fee will also be charged.

Reservation of Amount

If you pay with an international credit card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we charge the amount when we ship the item, or

2) until the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

This concerns the following cards: Visa and Mastercard. You can read more about the rules for your specific card at your card issuer. 

Delivery Time and Transport

Delivery of goods from GrowCamp is considered done when the customer has received the item.
Orders are shipped with GLS, PostNord, or freight forwarders, unless otherwise separately agreed between the buyer and GrowCamp.
The specified shipping prices on the webshop apply to deliveries to Denmark and associated bridge-connected islands.
We can send packages under 20 kg with PostNord and GLS to islands, such as Bornholm, Samsø, etc.

Delivery times vary depending on the product.
Situations may arise where packages sent for delivery to a PostNord or GLS Parcel Shop will be sent to a different nearby parcel shop than chosen due to space issues.

If the customer does not pick up the item at the parcel shop within the deadline, the item will be automatically returned to us. We will then charge you the direct costs we incur in connection with the return shipment. If you wish to have the item resent, the customer must pay for this.

We reserve the right for items to be suddenly sold out, in which case delivery times will be slightly longer. Should this situation occur, we will contact the customer immediately.

GrowCamp's products are delivered free of charge in Denmark for orders over DKK 4,000,– incl. VAT.

You are also welcome to pick up the item yourself at our warehouse. The address is: Mølleskovvej 4, Ilskov, 7451 Sunds. Pick-up must be arranged in advance. You should expect us to take 1-2 days to prepare your shipment, but you are welcome to contact us if it's urgent.

For orders under DKK 4,000, shipping is charged according to the total weight of the order. 


The risk for goods purchased through GrowCamp’s webshop transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
If the item has been damaged or deteriorated during transport, the buyer must notify the freight forwarder upon delivery. However, still accept it. Photographs must be taken of the damages to the products and the packaging. Thereafter, the buyer must notify GrowCamp of the damage as soon as possible.


The customer has a two-year right to complain according to the rules in the Sales of Goods Act. As a customer, you can choose whether the item should be repaired or exchanged. The exception to this main rule is if exchange is impossible or would entail disproportionately large costs for GrowCamp. In such cases, a refund will be given. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. 
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

It is the customer's duty to state and, upon request, show how the fault or defect manifests itself. If the customer discovers a fault, the customer should contact GrowCamp. The customer can only complain about defects that appear no later than 2 years after the customer has received the item.

But contact us before you send the item. It may not be necessary to send the item. 

Right of Withdrawal

GrowCamp offers a 14-day full right of withdrawal on standard items purchased at GrowCamp. If the customer regrets the purchase, GrowCamp must be notified within 14 days after the day the customer received the item. The notification should be given by email, phone 23934516, or by using the withdrawal form. The customer must clearly inform us that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The customer cannot simply withdraw by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously providing us clear notification of this.


The customer must return their order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the customer has informed us that they wish to cancel their purchase. The customer must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item and is responsible for the item from the time of delivery. We do not accept packages without delivery (parcel shop) or packages sent COD; these will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. All packages must be sent directly to the address. 

Lack of original packaging may potentially constitute a depreciation of value, so to be sure to receive a full refund, it is recommended to return the item in its original packaging.

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, the customer can test the item in the same way as if they tried it in a physical store, but it must not be put into actual use.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon the cancellation of the purchase, you may only be refunded part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Refund of the Purchase Amount

If the customer regrets the purchase, they will be refunded the amount they have paid to us. In the case of a depreciation value for which the customer is liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs. Such a refund will be made using the same means of payment as was used for the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless the customer has provided proof of returning it.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Delivery of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized is exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Force Majeure

GrowCamp is entitled to cancel orders or postpone deliveries and is otherwise free from liability in cases of missing, deficient, or delayed delivery, if due to force majeure. 

The customer's rights to breach of contract in such cases are nullified, and the customer cannot make any claims against GrowCamp of any kind.

Privacy Policy

To enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, Address, Phone number, and email address.
If the customer is a company or public institution , we also need the Business reg. no. and EAN no.

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. We pass on your name, address, phone number, and email address to the shipping company, so the goods can be delivered to you or to the pick-up point you have chosen.

In some cases, we pass on your information to our supplier if they need to send the goods directly to you. This may be in case of a complaint. There are also some items that are sent directly from the supplier's warehouse.
We pass on your email address to Trustpilot for the purpose of collecting customer reviews of our webshop.

The personal information is registered with AK Smede & Staldteknik ApS and kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we work with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

To file a complaint, the goods or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
