Materials
is raised bed with planks of Siberian larch. This ensures that no more trees are felled than the forest can reproduce. The tree grows slowly in Siberia continental climate, therefore, it has a strong core with dense structure and a high density. Large amounts of resin and tannins means that the wood is highly resistant to fungal attack and therefore durability. The planks are 22 mm thick and 15 cm in height.
The planks which have pre-drilled holes, are bolted to uprights in matt black aluminum. Includes 4 stainless steel carriage bolts with nuts for each plank.
Water
As an option you can order self-watering system GrowWater. It is available as a 15 cm tall bet placed on a raised bottom in the bed. It offers 435 liters of water and can supply your plants with water for at least 1-2 weeks in the periods when it is most hot.
Tunnel Superstructure
Raised bed can be equipped with tunnel superstructure which is available with insect nets, bird netting and plastic sheeting.
